FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

There is a ‘Contact Us’ form at the bottom of each vacation property details page. Simply complete with your name, email and dates you are seeking. We will then check availability and rate for your dates and quote.

No. Our prices are all inclusive for the property; there are no hidden extras.
25% Deposit is due to book any home.
60 days prior to arrival. Once we receive your final payment we will send you the full directions to the home and security access codes.
We accept personal checks and money orders. Please note these must be in US Dollars as this is the only currency we work in. We can also accept credit card and Pay Pal payments. Payments made via credit card or Pay Pal are subject to an admin booking fee.
We will email you an invoice and statement of account when we receive your payments so you have a record.
Once we receive your final payment we will send you the final directions to the home plus the security access codes to retrieve the key to the house from a secure lock box location.
Check in is after 4pm.
No. All our homes are smoke free. We do allow smoking on the lanai/pool area only.
The vast majority of our homes are not pet friendly. We have a couple of homes that may take one dog only but there are breed and size limits. We do not allow pets in any of the gated community home locations as the home owner rules prohibit guests from bringing a pet. If you wish to bring a dog on your vacation, please ask at the time of booking what the policy is for the specific home of interest.
Yes. All bed linens, bathroom towels and beach towels are provided for each home.
Yes. All homes come with a utility room that includes a washer and dryer.
All our villa pool homes have wi fi access. 99% of our condos also have wi fi access but there are one or 2 units that do not. If you wish to ensure the home you are booking has internet, check the internet access details listed for the home on the property details page.
All our villa pool homes have a telephone available for guests‘ use. Outgoing calls are limited to local only and 1-800 numbers. If you wish to call long distance or overseas we suggest purchasing a calling card from a local supermarket or pharmacy. 99% of our condos and town homes also have a telephone but there are one or 2 units that do not. If you require a telephone when booking, please check with us first regarding the unit and we will advise if there is service in the home of interest.
Yes. All homes have cable TV. Most homes have the basic cable package although one or 2 have upgraded channel packages.
99% of our villa pool homes have a gas BBQ for guests’ use. If the home is equipped with a gas BBQ it is clearly indicated on the property details page. None of our condos or town homes have a BBQ at the property as they are usually prohibited under condo health and safety rules.
No problem. We have a local supplier who will deliver gas the same day to the home if contacted before 12 midday. This service is free to our guests and the gas is complimentary.
The pool is serviced once a week by our Pool Technician.
Depends on the season. Typically in Winter the garden is maintained every 10-14 days. In Summer when the garden is at its’ peak growing period, the garden is maintained weekly.
The private pools at our villa homes are electrically heated during the Winter months. During the Summer months the pools are naturally heated by the sunshine to the high 80’s so no additional heat is required.
In most cases yes. Occasionally some of our home owners store their own private vehicles in the garage. However there is always lots of additional parking available on the driveway for guests so parking is not a problem. If you think you will need to park your vehicle in the garage, please check with us first and we will confirm availability of the garage space.
Yes. All our homes come with fully equipped kitchens which include microwave, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker.
No need to remove everything and place in the trash. The cleaning crew will take care of this for you as part of the cleaning service.
Unfortunately we only receive one collection per week for each property. If a guest departs after the week’s collection and you arrive prior to the next collection, there will be trash in the garage from the previous guest. It will be collected during the next scheduled collection.
Some of our homes are equipped with fishing poles. Please check with us regarding the home of interest to you and we will confirm availability.
Some of our homes have bicycles available for guests’ use. If bicycles are available it is indicated on the home’s details page.
No we do not provide baby equipment but we do work with a local company that offers multiple baby items for hire during your stay. If you require baby equipment, let us know at the time of booking and we will provide the baby rental company contact details for you to make direct arrangements with them for required equipment.
