On stepping through the double-door entrance you will be greeted with the popular Great Room layout where living, dining and the kitchen are combined to make one spacious main living area. Decorated in cool, modern beach-y tones, the high quality of this home is instantly apparent.
The Kitchen has been finished with wooden cabinets, central island and granite worktops. Stainless steel appliances complete the Kitchen fit for the most demanding of gourmet cooks. There is also also a huge Breakfast Bar area with seating for 6 persons - a perfect place to entertain your friends and family.
The Master suite is spacious and upscale in its' appointments. It comes furnished with a King size bed, cable TV and sliding doors to the pool area. The adjacent Master Bathroom completes the Master area of the home. The Master Bath has a separate large walk in shower, sunken bathtub and his and her basin area.
The guest bedrooms and bathroom are located on the other side of the house in a split plan design so to provide the ultimate in privacy for all guests. The second Guest Bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed and stunning views from the large bay window over the dock area and wide canal views. The third Guest Bedroom also has a Queen size bed. The Guest Bathroom has a large walk in shower and finished with wooden cabinets for an upscale feel.
This home has been built with the stunning 'zero corner door' sliding glass doors. This means both sides of the sliding lanai doors open back so to completely open up the home to the outside, creating an indoor/outdoor living vibe. The pool deck area is very private and set within nearly 1/2 acre of established garden for extra privacy and space. The lanai area has its' own comfortable outdoor living area with cable TV so you can watch TV whilst enjoying the Florida sunshine. There is also a separate dining area overlooking the waterfront and Tiki Hut/dock area. The home is equipped with a large gas barbecue for outdoor dining and entertaining which is very much the focus of this wonderful home. Stepping out from the screened pool deck area, there is a large private dock withi Tiki Hut and rocking chairs overlooking the spectacular intersection view. Policies
Cancellation Policy
If the Guest wishes to cancel a reservation, he or she should advise the Agent immediately by email. All monies paid to the Agent at time of cancellation shall be retained by the Agent and are non refundable. In the event of Guest cancellation and all monies due have been paid to the Agent and Guest has zero balance due, the Agent shall retain all payments made and will refund the cleaning fee only. This term is also applicable in the event of failure to arrive or utilize the reserved dates by the Guest. Please Note: We strongly recommend that Guests take a travel insurance policy that covers cancellation and curtailment charges to ensure they are protected in such an event that they must cancel their reservation with the Agent.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 25% must accompany each reservation to secure the requested dates. Final balance payment is due 60 days' prior to arrival to complete the reservation. All reservations made less than 60 days prior to the arrival period will be required to pay in full at time of reservation.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived! The house is very clean, spacious, and beautiful! The location was great. Pool was always a perfect temperature. We loved relaxing in the tiki hut, and our son loved the ring game down there. One thing to know if you have young children....the pool depth is very deep. We have a 6-year-old who can swim independently, but he couldn't touch the bottom for the majority of the pool. It's not a complaint at all, but something you should know if you have young kids with you. Overall, this house is wonderful, and we had a great time! We would definitely stay there again. The host was very responsive to any questions we had.

What a fantastic stay! Great house with a wonderful pool. As a family we loved spending time here, we enjoyed sitting by the water, bbq’s and watching movies in the evening. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Close to the shops and beach. We all agreed that we would love to stay again. Easy check in and very attentive to our needs.
