Villa Valinda is a direct gulf access waterfront pool home located on the upscale Spreader Waterway in SW Cape Coral. The home has been furnished to the very highest of standards to ensure the most comfortable of stays. The home features 3 well appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 Master suite, 1 Guest Bathroom). The floor plan is the very popular open living concept where Living, Dining and Kitchen are combined to make one huge space. On stepping through the front entrance, guests will instantly appreciate the light and spacious layout. The main living area has been comfortably furnished with soft leather sofas and a 60" cable TV for family enjoyment.
Overlooking the living area is the large gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite worktops and island. In addition to these areas, there is a breakfast nook overlooking the pool area, formal dining area and office area to complete the main open plan living space. The bedroom layout is split plan so to provide the utmost in privacy for all guests. The Master Bedroom comes complete with king size bed, 60" cable TV and private Master Bathroom. A further 2 guest bedrooms on the other side of the home each feature a king size or queen size bed and cable TV.
Stepping outside of the home through the glass sliding doors, guests can enjoy the south facing deck area with sparkling heated pool and cable TV on the lanai plus outdoor surround system system. There is outdoor seating for 6 so guests can enjoy alfresco dining.
There is also an additional lounging with 2 outdoor lounge chairs; an ideal spot to enjoy a cocktail at sundown! With outdoor waterfront living and relaxation so high on the priority list in sunny Cape Coral, the home is also equipped with a gas barbecue. The lushly landscaped grounds and private dock area with separate seating area and gas fire pit are the finishing touch to your own piece of paradise that Florida is famous for and provides privacy and a feeling of tropical tranquility.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
If the Guest wishes to cancel a reservation, he or she should advise the Agent immediately by email. All monies paid to the Agent at time of cancellation shall be retained by the Agent and are non refundable. In the event of Guest cancellation and all monies due have been paid to the Agent and Guest has zero balance due, the Agent shall retain all payments made and will refund the cleaning fee only. This term is also applicable in the event of failure to arrive or utilize the reserved dates by the Guest. Please Note: We strongly recommend that Guests take a travel insurance policy that covers cancellation and curtailment charges to ensure they are protected in such an event that they must cancel their reservation with the Agent.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 25% must accompany each reservation to secure the requested dates. Final balance payment is due 60 days' prior to arrival to complete the reservation. All reservations made less than 60 days prior to the arrival period will be required to pay in full at time of reservation.

"Villa Valinda"
This property was the best stocked of any location I have ever stayed. Plenty of towels, spices, TV's you name it they really had it. We loved the location for having good access to anything we wanted to do. We could be on Pine Island in a few minutes, so many restaurants were close and very easy access and getting into Ft. Myers was just a straight drive. The kitchen was stocked so well it was unbelievable. We like to cook so we brought plenty of spices with us but we would not have needed to because they had everything there. The appliances are also fantastic. Fell in love with the microwave, going to get the same one in my new kitchen remodel I'm about to do. Overall the stay was fantastic and I would definitely recommend it.

The home was perfect for us. Very comfortable & homey. We spent most of our time at the pool and fire pit areas. There were plenty of towels, glassware & dishes, and cleaning products. Definitely exceeded our expectations!

A wonderful stay at a wonderful property. Better than pictures listed. Extremely clean and well-appointed with everything you could need. Location was great and everything worked in the house! Property management was great, even though we didn't need them for our stay, they were there in case we did. Great communication. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to rest of the Cape. Pool was perfect for adults and kids. Definitely recommend and hope to come back soon!
"Perfect stay over Christmas and New Year’s"
We were impressed with this villa as soon as we walked in. The owners definitely take pride in their property. The upgrades to the interior of the home make it look better than in the pictures. The beds were nice and comfy. The kitchen is well equipped with most everything you need, it even had a roasting pan and rack for our turkey for Christmas dinner. The pool area has lots of room with lounge chairs, table and chairs etc. We really enjoyed the dock area, it's updated and was a great place to relax in the sun or to watch the sun set. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. There is a nice golf course nearby as well. Keely and Neil are awesome to deal with. We have been renting properties they manage for a few years now and always have a great experience.
