Upon entering through the front door, you will be greeted with a bright and open floor plan. The Living area is spacious and open with the upgraded Kitchen overlooking the Living and Dining area. The Living area is furnished with soft comfortable seating and Smart TV with cable and high speed Wifi. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances plus small appliances such as toaster and coffee pot. The Kitchen has been upgraded with modern wooden cabinets and granite counters. The bedrooms are split plan with Master Bedroom on one side of the condo and the Guest Bedroom on the other. The Master Bedroom has cable TV and the Guest Bedroom has TV with DVD, Each bedroom is ensuite for complete privacy for all guests. On stepping through the sliding glass doors on to the west facing screened lanai, there is an outdoor seating area for 4 persons so to enjoy the Florida weather on your own private balcony overlooking the fabulous Gulf of Mexico ocean and the breathtaking sunsets SW Florida is famous for.

Sun Caper is perfectly located towards the southern end of the island. Every amenity is within walking distance including shopping, pharmacy, boating, cinema, restaurants and bars. The community itself is set among lushly landscaped gardens. Guest facilities include private community pool with Tiki Hut, private beach fronting on to a lagoon and communal BBQ area.

The coastal town of Fort Myers Beach has something for everyone. This idyllic beach location is perfect for both young families wishing to enjoy fun times on the Gulf Coast or couples seeking a romantic break watching sunsets at your island getaway. Take the Beach Trolley which travels along the beach road and visit bustling Times Square. Watch street performers whilst enjoying a cold drink in one of the sidewalk restaurants and bars. Walk along the pier and mingle with vacationers enjoying a spot of sea fishing.

As you would expect from a beach resort, fishing is high on the enjoyment agenda. Boats offering 1/2 day and full day fishing excursions are available at many locations along the beach and marina. Or walk to one of the many canals or back bay surrounding Captain's Bay and indulge in a spot of private fishing.
