From the custom built Kitchen to the custom built outdoor Tiki Hut, everything in this home is luxurious and modern by design.
On stepping through the home's entrance you will be greeted with the very popular Great Room layout where living, dining and the kitchen are combined to make one spacious main living area. Decorated in cool, modern beach-y tones, the quality of this home is instantly apparent. The Living area is furnished with comfortable recliner leather sofas, smart cable TV with Netflix, a feature fire place plus views over the pretty pool area. There is also a Games Nook area located in the Living Area featuring an 'old school' Gaming machine with multiple classics such as Pac-man and Space Invaders for family fun.
The Kitchen has been finished with cream custom wooden cabinets and designer stone worktops. Stainless steel appliances complete the Kitchen fit for the most demanding of gourmet cooks. The Master suite is spacious and upscale in its' appointments. It comes furnished with a sumptuous King size bed, smart TV and sliding doors to the pool area. The adjacent Master Bathroom completes the Master area of the home. The Master Bath has a separate large walk in shower and designer his and her basin area.
The guest bedrooms and bathroom are located on the other side of the house in a split plan design so to provide the ultimate in privacy for all guests. The King Guest Bedroom has a Smart TV with sliding doors to the pool area. The second guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen Size Bed + smart TV. The Guest Bathroom is adjacent to the Guest Bedrooms and has a walk in shower plus basin and toilet..
On stepping out through the sliding glass doors, the pool deck area is over-sized with plenty of space for lounging in the sunshine, alfresco dining or sitting quietly under an umbrella reading a good book! The lanai area is so large it also comes complete with its' own custom built Tiki Hut so to provide a picture perfect spot for alfresco dining and entertaining. The home is also equipped with a large gas barbecue. Stepping out from the screened pool deck area, there is a private dock area with additional seating. A great place for a drink at sunset or to engage in a bit of fishing in the canal just like the locals do.
The City of Cape Coral is a Gulf Coast town in the sunshine famous for being on water. In fact almost every street is on water and Cape Coral has a larger amount of canals and waterways than the City of Venice in Italy. With water being such a focal part of the community, Cape Coral is a very popular choice with fishermen and boaters alike. The canals are teeming with fish such as snook and even the most novice of anglers should enjoy some success. With boating such a popular pastime boat rental is readily available so you can explore the many beautiful islands, restaurants and beaches only accessible from the water. Villa Sanibella is situated on one of the very best gulf access canals that Cape Coral is famous for and has quick direct access to the Gulf of Mexico in under 15 minutes.
If you can bear to leave this waterfront oasis and explore the surrounding areas, a short distance away are the famous beaches of Fort Myers Beach and the tropical barrier islands of Sanibel and Captiva. These barrier islands are particularly famous the world over for the fine shelling and Nature Reserve of Ding Darling. Also along the shoreline is the state park of Lover's Key, rated in the Top 10 Beaches in the US on the Travel Channel. Policies
Cancellation Policy
If the Guest wishes to cancel a reservation, he or she should advise the Agent immediately by email. All monies paid to the Agent at time of cancellation shall be retained by the Agent and are non refundable. In the event of Guest cancellation and all monies due have been paid to the Agent and Guest has zero balance due, the Agent shall retain all payments made and will refund the cleaning fee only. This term is also applicable in the event of failure to arrive or utilize the reserved dates by the Guest. Please Note: We strongly recommend that Guests take a travel insurance policy that covers cancellation and curtailment charges to ensure they are protected in such an event that they must cancel their reservation with the Agent.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 25% must accompany each reservation to secure the requested dates. Final balance payment is due 60 days' prior to arrival to complete the reservation. All reservations made less than 60 days prior to the arrival period will be required to pay in full at time of reservation.
