On stepping through the double-door entrance you will be greeted with the spacious Games Room. The room features a professional pool table, plenty of seating for players and supporters alike and sliding doors providing access and views to the pool area.
The Kitchen is open plan with views over the Family Room and the pool deck area. Breakfast seating can be taken at the breakfast bar on swivel high-top stools or at the breakfast nook overlooking the pool area.
The Family Room enjoys sweeping views along the gulf access canal and large glass sliding doors provide views and access to the private pool area. Sumptuously furnished with a leather sofas, the room also features a large Smart TV plus high speed Wifi access. The Family Room also overlooks the large open plan Kitchen and breakfast nook, thus providing a very large living and eating space for all the guests.
The Master suite is a calm retreat at the end of the day. Very comfortably furnished with a sumptuous King size bed, Smart TV and sliding doors to the pool deck. The adjacent huge Master Bathroom completes the feeling of your very own private sanctuary. Continuing the upscale appointments, the Master Bath has a separate large walk in shower, jetted bathtub and his and her basins.
The home is split plan in design which offers the utmost privacy for all guests. The Master Bedroom is on one side of the home and the 2 further Guest Bedrooms + Guest Bathrooms are located on the opposite side of the home. Both Guest Bedrooms are furnished with a Queen Bed and have Smart TV's for entertainment.
On stepping out through the sliding glass doors, the very private free form pool and deck area is oversized with plenty of space and privacy for soaking up the sunshine, alfresco dining or sitting quietly in the shade reading a good book! There is an Outdoor Living area with fire pit for comfortable lounging in your private oasis plus an outdoor dining area for 4 persons.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
If the Guest wishes to cancel a reservation, he or she should advise the Agent immediately by email. All monies paid to the Agent at time of cancellation shall be retained by the Agent and are non refundable. In the event of Guest cancellation and all monies due have been paid to the Agent and Guest has zero balance due, the Agent shall retain all payments made and will refund the cleaning fee only. This term is also applicable in the event of failure to arrive or utilize the reserved dates by the Guest. Please Note: We strongly recommend that Guests take a travel insurance policy that covers cancellation and curtailment charges to ensure they are protected in such an event that they must cancel their reservation with the Agent.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 25% must accompany each reservation to secure the requested dates. Final balance payment is due 60 days' prior to arrival to complete the reservation. All reservations made less than 60 days prior to the arrival period will be required to pay in full at time of reservation.

"Villa Cheron"
This is the best home my friends and I have stayed in many years coming to Ft.Myers/cape coral. It is very comfortable, has everything you need, very nice furnishings, bedrooms are private, and comes with ordinary items you need but many times are not provided. Having use of the garage was helpful and TV's in every room is nice . Having a cute owl hanging around the front yard was a nice touch.

We had an amazing vacation! The home was very clean and the kids loved the game room and large pool! This property had everything we needed including towels and pool floats. The beds were super comfortable as well. I would recommend this property over and over!
