This home has been luxuriously furnished with the ultimate in guest comfort in mind. The home is a large custom built villa that will very comfortably accommodate 6 people. Stepping outside onto the private south facing over-sized lanai, guests can take a dip in the sparkling pool. Steps lead from the screened pool area down to your own private boat dock. This offers guests the opportunity either to moor their own boat or have one delivered to their own back yard from one of the many local rental agencies. Non-boating guests can enjoy the long canal views and try their luck with a spot of fishing if the mood takes them. From the moment you drive onto the large circular drive, to taking your first steps through the etched glass fronted entrance, guests will be greeted with a sense of openness, light and space due to the impressive through-view to the pool area and high ceilings. The main living area is open plan thus combining the Family Room, Kitchen and Dining areas to provide one great living space. This open plan design is bordered by huge glass doors and windows overlooking the pool with waterfall. The wonderful waterfront view is further echoed in the Master Bedroom and Queen Guest Bedroom.
