We had a wonderful 30 day stay in Keely's condo, everything was there for your use, including beach chairs and umbrellas. All you needed was to bring your suitcase and relax, a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. I would definitely recommend it as a place to stay in Fort Myers Beach. We had a lovely 2 weeks in Keely's condo on Fort Myers Beach. The condo was spacious, clean and had everything you would need for a great vacation. Also you can use 2 pools and the tennis courts, Keely even provides rackets, balls and pool towels. You are a 5 minute walk to the best beach in the world ! Keely is a great host, leaves you to enjoy the place but is on immediate hand should you need anything. Would highly recommend it. Jones family from Manchester, UK.
we have stayed at this same condo many times now and each time it just gets better , it has been well kept and maintained , new floors , very quiet , well equipped ,located in a quiet section of ft myer's beach but with great shops , restaurants , dining , entertainment , beach all readily available , don't hesitate booking this condo , you won't regret it !the owners are very accomodating.
Our stay at Captain's Bay has been a great experience. The apartment is well equipped. Nothing is missing. It is also spacious and very welcoming. Located in a very quiet complex of buildings, with an excellent pool and neighbors and service people friendly and sympathetic. The beach is a short walk across the avenue. In the vicinity are shops, a pharmacy and a well stocked supermarket. This allowed us to spend unforgettable days in complete peace and harmony with an idyllic landscape. We highly recommend this place!
Just come home from 3 lovely weeks at the beach. Captains Bay is everything the pictures show and was a great base for our vacation. The home was spotlessly clean, modern (unlike other beach properties we have stayed in) and we liked the location on the quieter south end of the beach. Highlights include fishing at Lover's Key, seeing dolphins as we walked the beach & sunset off the pier. We enjoyed it so much we plan to return next year. Just come back from 14 nights in Cape Coral. Used Churchill Property Services for a villa rental for the first time. Very pleased with the quality of the home we selected & the service provided by the property manager. We had an issue with the pool when we were there and they took care of it quickly which was good so it didn't spoil our stay. We would recommend their services to anyone looking to rent a home in Cape Coral.
We have stayed at this property for many years and found it the perfect location for dining and other activities. One of the most impressive things is the personalized service that is provided and the ease of booking. It is immaculate and feels like home. We will be back again this year.
We spent 4 most enjoyable months at this very spacious and comfortable condo during a couple of winters. The unit is immaculate, modern and well furnished and to us it felt like home away from home. The pool is just a few steps away and the beach is within short walking distance. Close by you find a drug store and small mall with a couple of great restaurants. Lovers Key is only a short bicycle/car ride away, where you can enjoy lovely walks, shelling, watching dolphins or renting a kayak for exploring the waterways throughout the park. The South end is very quiet, which suits us well, but if you like more activity, the trolley will take you to the North end of the Island, where you find an abundance of restaurants and small little shops. Neil and Keely are very responsive to any issues or requests that might arise and are a pleasure to deal with.

I have stayed at this condo twice now and it is exactly as advertised. The condo is comfortable ,tastefully decorated, nicely furnished, and spotless.The grounds are well maintained and the pool area is clean and well kept. The beautiful beach is steps away,and there is dining, entertainment,shopping all within walking distance .The owners are very accomodating and helpful. Don't hesitate on this one ,you won't be dissapointed!

would recommend this condo for everyone. Very accommodating in every sense one can think of, which makes the stay at this beautiful place even better!
We have stayed at this 'beachside' condo many times and return each time to a clean, homely and well equipped condo ideal for a vacation or long stay. The convenience of this condo is amazing, from local shopping and friendly bars and eating houses all within walking distance at the Santini Plaza. There is even a Tiki bar on the beach a short walk away ideal for drinks, meals and live music and you can even watch the amazing Floridian sunset whilst sipping on your favourite cocktail. The complex has a lovely pool and sun terrace with plenty of sunbeds to relax and unwind. the emphasis in this part of Florida is all about unwinding and chilling out so don't expect theme parks and loud behaviour. The action here is more sedate, like taking a boat cruise on the inland waterways to watch the dolphins and again, this is just a short walk away. So why do we keep coming back? Its because the standard is consistently high and in the unlikely event of any mishaps at the property, the owner is always on hand to put things right. No fuss, no quibbles, just good old fashioned service with a smile!
The property was clean with an excellent salt water pool. The property was safe and secure with coded entry and designated parking spots which is great after an exhausting day in the sun. The condo was completely furnished with everything you could ever need. Furniture was new and comfortable. Master bed is very squeaky but we didnt kind. The porch does not get direct sun so it's actually enjoyable in the summer. Beach is 2 minuite walk away and pinchers tiki bar is on the way. Great live music and cocktails. In the summer the property is nearly deserted and we had most of the grounds and pool to ourselves. Excellent choice, will stay here again in a heartbeat. Neil was very fast at responding. Not a bad thing to say about the property, condo, or the host. Thanks so much
We like all sides of this place! The location is perfect for staying with children and seniors- waking distance is less than 5 min to a beautiful beach with white sand. The condo has all we needed for staying there. Each room has a TV, so all of us could watch what we wanted. AC and all equipment worked perfectly. We’ve been many times at the Atlantic side of FL, and it was our first time there. We hope to stay there next time! Thank you for great service!
