Blue Heron Retreat features 3 well appointed bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The floor plan is the stylish open living concept where Living, Dining and Kitchen are combined to make one large space. On stepping through the entrance, guests will instantly appreciate the open layout. The first space to greet you is the main living/formal dining area which has been comfortably furnished with a leather sectional plus cable TV. There is also free high speed Wifi for guests' use. Glass sliding doors provide a view over the pool deck area and beyond to the dock area and Gulf Access canal.
Overlooking the living area is the kitchen area. There is also a casual dining nook to complete the kitche/living area. The bedroom layout is split plan so to provide the utmost in privacy for all guests. The Master Bedroom comes complete with king size bed, cable TV and private Master Bathroom. The Master Suite also enjoys sliding doors to the pool area. There are a further 2 guest bedrooms on the other side of the home. Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed with cable TV. The Bedroom 3 has 2 Full beds + cable TV. There is also a guest bathroom located on the other side of the home for guests' use with a pool door for easy access to the pool deck.
Stepping outside of the home through the glass pocket slider doors, guests can enjoy the stunning private pool deck area with electrically heated swimming pool and hot tub. There is patio seating for 6 so guests can enjoy alfresco dining. With outdoor waterfront living and relaxation so high on the priority list in sunny Cape Coral, the home is also equipped with a gas barbecue. The landscaped grounds and private concrete dock area are the finishing touch to your own piece of paradise that Florida is famous for.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
If the Guest wishes to cancel a reservation, he or she should advise the Agent immediately by email. All monies paid to the Agent at time of cancellation shall be retained by the Agent and are non refundable. In the event of Guest cancellation and all monies due have been paid to the Agent and Guest has zero balance due, the Agent shall retain all payments made and will refund the cleaning fee only. This term is also applicable in the event of failure to arrive or utilize the reserved dates by the Guest. Please Note: We strongly recommend that Guests take a travel insurance policy that covers cancellation and curtailment charges to ensure they are protected in such an event that they must cancel their reservation with the Agent.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 25% must accompany each reservation to secure the requested dates. Final balance payment is due 60 days' prior to arrival to complete the reservation. All reservations made less than 60 days prior to the arrival period will be required to pay in full at time of reservation.

"Blue Heron"
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Villa Blue Heron. Although there aren't any designated biking trails near by, the sidewalks were a safe way to get to them. We brought our own e-bikes which we took to pickleball courts near by as well as rode the many trails the city is known for. The pool was maintained well and the jacuzzi was a nice way to relax at the end of the day. Planet fitness was a 15 min car ride. Publix and Walmart were 5 to 10 min away. The grill was clean and a go to for us. The appliances were very good, with the exception of the stove top. The electric stove was VERY hard to regulate. The lanai was mostly private, an empty lot to one side and on the other the house blocked the yard. It was a friendly neighborhood. Churchhill management was very good at taking care of any issues arising. Our disposal wasn't working, shower hose was broken and the pool had debris from taking trees down next door. All of the issues were rectified promptly. Overall we would recommend Villa Blue Heron.
