We just returned to a soggy and flooded UK (thankfully not us!) from a wonderful week at Villa Coronado. The house is truly superb in every respect - large, airy, beautifully furnished, equipped with everything you could ever want – and the outside space and pool area is magnificent – we didn’t want to leave! Although it is so luxurious, it also had a feel of a real “home “ with lovely touches - not just another rental property. Certainly the nicest house we have rented in Florida – and we were very comfortable there. Thank you also for your help – and the prompt replacement of the coffee filter machine – excellent service. It is reassuring to know there is an efficient person behind the rental when one hears of so many stories of internet rental horrors!
We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Churchill Property Services. The booking process was clear, organized, and I especially appreciated the prompt response I received to every one of my questions. When we arrived at the property, we found that everything was even better than expected. We stayed at Villa Coronado, and we absolutely loved it. It was clean, nicely furnished, and well decorated. We stayed at Villa Coronado in April. Churchill Property Services was a pleasure to deal with. Every detail was taken care of and instructions left for everything we could have needed. When we arrived with our 8 yr. old granddaughter at Villa Coronado and opened the door, all we could say was "Wow!" The home was simply beautiful. We could tell the property was well taken care of. Being somewhat of clean freaks ourselves, we felt very comfortable in this home. The beds were very comfortable, and the home had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and lanai area as well. Cape Coral is a great location, with short trips to Sanibel, Captiva, Bonita and Naples. We will definitely keep this home in our sights for the future vacations. We could not have asked for a better stay or property management team! We only wish it could have been longer! To this day, our granndaughter wants to return to this home and cannot wait for our next visit.Kathy and Bill F.
My husband and I checked into Villa Coronado on 09/27/13. From the moment we drove into the driveway and entered the home I knew this would be a fantastic vacation. The home is even more beautiful than the pictures we saw online. The home was immaculate and we had everything we needed. The pool area was amazing, and we spent most of our time at the house. There is an abundance of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping in the area. I want to thank Keely and Neil for all their help in choosing this home for our long awaited vacation, and a special thank you to the owner for his kindness. I would highly recommend this house for a spectacular vacation for anyone, and we would not hesitate for a moment to return to this home again.

Exceptionally equipped, perfectly situated to explore or relax and brilliantly set up to ensure a superb vacation either exploring near and far, hitting the beaches, hanging by the pool, dining out or relaxing together and getting a great nights sleep. All of this is underpinned by superb property management and very personable engagement with Keely & co at Churchill’s. My family and I have had a lovely memorable stay!
Home is beautifully furnished and maintained. Had everything you could possibly need to make an enjoyable stay. People in Cape Coral are so friendly. Loved the Boat House at the Yacht Club. So close to this home. Temps in the 90’s during our stay here, but had great breezes to help make it more comfortable. Will come back to this property again.
