The home we rented was excellent for our needs. Pool was heated and comfortable. Master bedroom with dressing area was roomy. The TV in the family room was a bit small (we're used to a 42" screen) but adequate for our two months there. Working with Neil & Keely was a joy. They were quick to respond to our questions and made sure any of our concerns were immediately addressed. We'd rent again, but are moving to a four-bedroom.
We had a lovely month in the house in cypress preserve. The house had every facility to make us comfortable. The large pool area( and well heated pool) was a great setting for our lazy days. In particular the sunset views were stunning and we loved watching the bird life in the lake. Also we found it very welcoming that when we arrived at mid-night the lights in the house had been put on for us-a very nice touch. Churchill PS were excellent to deal with. The on line booking process was easy. We needed to change our dates and that was accommodated without any fuss and without an administration charge. We had one problem in the house-with the air conditioning system-and that was sorted within a matter of hours. Would fully recommend this house and Churchill agency. They provide a service which is both friendly and professional.
