THIS HOUSE IS AMAZING! IT HAS EVERYTHING YOU COULD NEED DOWN TO THE CRYSTAL FOR A SPECIAL MEAL. LOCATION IS OUT OF THE WAY ENOUGH THAT YOU CAN ENJOY THE PEACE AND QUIET BUT ONLY A 10 MINUTE DRIVE TO THE NECESSITIES. WE RENTED A BOAT AND THEY DELIVERED IT RIGHT TO OUR DOCK. THE BOAT WAS TO BIG FOR THE LIFT BUT WE HAD NO PROBLEM SECURING IT. THE POOL WAS FANTASTIC WITH CONSTANT TEMPERATURE OF 86 DEGREES. THE HOUSE WAS IMMACULATE AND THE GARAGE WAS SO NICE TO DRIVE IN AND UNLOAD THE LUGGAGE AND GROCERIES, BBQ WAS VERY CONVIENENT, PLENTY OF OUTDOOR SPACE AND FUNRITURE, BEDROOMS WERE FURNISHED NICELY AND PLENTY OF SPACE. EVERYTHING YOU COULD WANT FOR A FUN VACATION RIGHT DOWN TO THE ICE AND COOLER FOR DAY TRIPS IN THE CAR AND BOAT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME. CHURCHILL PROPERTIES WAS EXCELLENT TO DEAL WITH AND THE PRICE WE WERE QUOTED WAS THE PRICE WE PAID NO EXTRA HIDDEN COSTS FOR BBQ AND POOL HEAT. I HAVE RENTED MAY HOMES BEFORE AND THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST.
Hi Keely,We enjoyed the house, it was clean and inviting when we arrived. Everything is well organized with lots of towels in the bathrooms and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and lanai area are a nice spot to sit during the day and evening and great for barbequing when we ate our meals at the house. The canal we were on was very quiet as was the area the house is in. We did not have a boat, however there is a good dock with boat lift. Keely and Neil are great to work with and respond to e-mails in a timely fashion. The house is close to restaurants, shopping and things to do. The house has everything you need from bedding to kitchen utensils to beach/pool toys, bikes.There are only a couple of things that I would comment on. The air conditioning needs to go lower than 74 degrees. Us Canadians like it colder for sleeping at night. The chairs down at the dock I think need to be replaced/fixed. The red one has some sort of fungas growing on it and the blue one looks like the seat slats have been broken somehow. The only other thing is a spa/hot tub. We didn't really need one when we were there, but in cooler months it might be nice.Overall this is one of the nicest properties we have stayed at over our 10 or so years coming down to Cape Coral. We stayed at Villa Laguna at Christmas and I liked the Del Sole house better, but the view of the lake at Laguna was beautiful.Thanks for giving us the opportunity to stay here. We are thinking of coming down again at Christmas so I will likely be in touch.Deb

Just returned from a week-long stay at this home. It is in a quiet neighborhood in the SW section of Cape Coral. The home is beautiful and the most well-equipped of any home we have rented in this location. They thought of everything! Linens and towels are high quality and plentiful, and the kitchen has everything you could possible need to prepare meals, including bakeware and crockpot. Pool is great, furniture and fixtures are in excellent condition, and the home is in a great location. Very much enjoyed our stay here and look forward to returning. Property manager, Keely, is a pleasure to deal with and makes the rental process painless. Highly recommend!
We loved the home! It has everything you'd need for a great vacation. It was so comfortable, we felt like we could move in. In fact, the kids begged us to stay. We brought so many things with us that we didn't need because it was provided by the owners. You can fish right off of the dock or head over to Sanibel Pier for awesome fishing. We bought bait shrimp from Capt Rob's on Del Prado. He was super helpful on what bait to use and where to go. The Lobster Lady is close to the house. I recommend having lunch/dinner there. Overall, we had an awesome experience and hope to be back in the future!
This home is exactly the way it's portrayed. Clean, beautiful and the location is close to Sanibel Island, Ft. Meyers and all the lovely places to see in that area. Easy to book and we will book it again in the future! This home is perfect for a family of six with a pool and dock to fish from. We had a wonderful stay and only had to buy our food. Everything was already provided! You will not go wrong booking this lovely home!
Loved the privacy of the pool! The very minor problems we encountered were handled quicker than imaginable. Screen coming away around pool and repair man came in less than an hour and had it fixed. Was not an issue for us we were just wanted it noted it was damaged. Daughter left bathing suit and they sent to us no questions asked. Unbeatable customer service! Fantastic house!
This home is lovely! The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and there is an abundant supply of towels, linens, and cleaning supplies. We really enjoyed our time in the beautiful pool; there are no markings on the pool edges to indicate depth but it appears to start at 3' deep and drops off pretty quickly. The manager, Keely, was very prompt and courteous in all our communications. A great home!

The home features 3 well appointed bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms so every guest has their own private amenities. The floor plan is the very popular open living concept where Living, Dining and Kitchen are combined to make one huge space. On stepping through the front double door entrance, guests will instantly appreciate open layout. The main living area has been comfortably furnished with a sectional sofa and soft chairs plus flat screen cable TV for family enjoyment. Overlooking the living area is the large gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar. In addition to these areas, there is a breakfast nook overlooking the pool area plus formal dining area to complete the main open plan living space.The bedroom layout is split plan so to provide the utmost in privacy for all guests.
