This house was everything we wanted and more. The layout of the house was fantastic. We loved the outdoor lanai and spent most of our time outside. The pool and hot tub were perfect for evening swims. We loved listening to the jumping fish. It was so quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be back!!!!

From the moment we pulled in this house was more than we expected! We picked the home to spend our honeymoon at, and couldn't have wished for more! The pool and hot tub were amazing! Clean and perfect. The home was well equipped and clean. We had one issue with the grill and the property manager ran right over! There cleaning fee and rates are more than reasonable for all you get! Thank you for making our honeymoon the best week of our lives. We loved watching the fish in the canal and even saw a baby alligator!
Our booking experience with Churchill Properties was easy and simple once we had chosen our villa. The few questions we had were answered promptly and honestly and there were no hidden costs later on. We have dealt with Churchill Properties for a number of years and find their business sense professional, warm and above all, efficient.We were a party of 5 adults staying for 14 days at Villa Marchio.We loved the large spacious lanai area with the heated pool, heated jacuzzi and outdoor bar area with TV. The kitchen was equipped with every appliance we needed and was a very spacious room which encouraged us to eat and cook in on occasions! The lounge area was very spacious too and the main TV had a surround system that we found a little complicated to operate when we rented a DVD. We would also suggest some stickers on the large glass sliding doors to save those slightly jarring head butts! With 4 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom ensuite to the master bedroom and a smaller bathroom serving the 3 other bedrooms, we felt that with a ‘full house’ the bathrooms would be in ‘over demand’. The actual location of the house is set in a quiet part of town which does mean it’s a fair distance from central Cape Coral but on the other hand there is no passing traffic as it is towards the end of a cul-de-sac. This home / amenities did not lack for anything. Well-outfitted, clean, well-maintained and close to grocery and amenities. Churchill Properties were excellent to deal with.
The home was beautiful. Furnishings inside and outside were very nice. Being at the end of a larger canal was breezy. The pool was not south facing so there was more shade than sun on the pool area during the day during the winter season month of March. We are staying at the Cape Retreat in March 2014. We have stayed at many of your properties over the years and have always liked them. We have always had great stays at your properties, that's why we keep coming back.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here at Villa Marchio. The house is beautiful, clean & well stocked with all the necessary items. We loved the lanai and the dock. The water view is breath-taking. Every aspect of the rental home was right down to the letter. Nothing was left to figure out. Just arrrived as through we coming home. Peaceful, wonderstruck by teh beauty of this home. Neill and Keelee couldn't have been more professional and warm and caring hosts. Will retutrn as often as we possilby can. Thaks for a great holiday.
We booked for a week for a group of 7 people. The villa is very clean, all work very well and is almost new. The rooms are very large. The outdoor patio with pool, counter bar and outdoor furniture is a true paradise. I really recommend this villa.
Villa Marchio was as advertised. The property was well kept and a very nice layout. We have rented homes from Churchill each year for the last 6 years and have always had a very good experience.
This is a beautiful house with a nice canal view. The kitchen is well-equipped and the house layout is very open and spacious. The property management company is very responsive to any problems. We will rent again.

After years of renting in the Cape Coral area, we have found the perfect luxury rental! Complete with low traffic street and the direct gulf access canal, this home was a dream come true. This huge four bedroom home had every amenity visitors could need from the spa and pool, to the well appointed kitchen (which was a dream to cook in). Every item in the home was exceptionally well maintained. We loved the location and property so much, we stayed an extra week!
We liked our 2nd stay in this house. It has lots of space and a good sized pool and great outside area. The house is a great size for a family with 2 or 3 Kids or if you want to have the Grandparents come along. The neighbours are friendly and it's a calm neighborhood. Cape Coral is a still growing City and you can reach lots of beaches like fort Meyers and Sanibel Island / Captiva Island in a short drive. You have lots if Shopping malls outlets and regular malls to go shopping. The weather was great, of course we had thunder storms but it still stays hot and you can get back in the pool when it's over. We can really recommend Churchill Properties and would always book our vacation home through them. When something was up they always helped right away.
Villa Marchio was a wonderful vacation spot for 3 adults and 2 teens. The house is nicely laid out with all the amenities one would expect. The outdoor living area is where we spent daylight til dusk most of our stay. It is what makes this home top notch. Also don’t miss the Blue Dog Bar and Grill just up the road in Matlacha. You won’t be sorry.
Villa Marchio is a beautiful vacation home. It was very well appointed to make the vacationer feel like if was their own home. It comfortably accommodated us, four adults and three children. Along with the beautiful décor, the house was immaculate! We truly enjoyed our stay there and look forward to visiting again next year!
This property comes highly recommended by our family. It was very well stocked for all our living needs. If we weren’t at Sanibel/Captiva we were living it up at Villa Marchio. Everything was so clean and ready to enjoy. We had a vacation of a lifetime and Vill Marchio played an huge part.
The house is beautiful and roomy. We loved the design of this vacation home. The master bathroom was amazing. The pool area was beautiful and we enjoyed taking meals pool-side. Being able to park our car in the two car garage with an automatic remote control garage door opener was a pleasant surprise. We were very happy with this home.
