The Kitchen is open plan with a Breakfast Nook overlooking the pool area plus additional Breakfast Bar seating. Stainless steel appliances complete the Kitchen fit for the most demanding of gourmet cooks. There is a separate Den overlooking the pool deck. This is furnished with a desk and chair so ideal for remote working. The Master suite is spacious and upscale in its' appointments. It comes furnished with a sumptuous King size bed, cable TV and doors to the pool area. The adjacent Master Bathroom completes the Master area of the home. The Master Bath has a separate large walk in shower and his and her basin area.
The guest bedrooms and bathroom are located on the other side of the house in a split plan design so to provide the ultimate in privacy for all guests. The Queen Guest Bedroom has Cable TV as does the Twin Guest Bedroom. The Guest Bathroom is adjacent to the Guest Bedrooms and has a Bath Tub/Shower combo plus basin and toilet..
On stepping out through the sliding glass doors, the pool deck area is over-sized with plenty of space for lounging in the sunshine, alfresco dining or sitting quietly under an umbrella reading a good book! The home is also equipped with a large gas barbecue. Stepping out from the screened pool deck area, there is a private dock area with additional seating. Policies
Cancellation Policy
If the Guest wishes to cancel a reservation, he or she should advise the Agent immediately by email. All monies paid to the Agent at time of cancellation shall be retained by the Agent and are non refundable. In the event of Guest cancellation and all monies due have been paid to the Agent and Guest has zero balance due, the Agent shall retain all payments made and will refund the cleaning fee only. This term is also applicable in the event of failure to arrive or utilize the reserved dates by the Guest. Please Note: We strongly recommend that Guests take a travel insurance policy that covers cancellation and curtailment charges to ensure they are protected in such an event that they must cancel their reservation with the Agent.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 25% must accompany each reservation to secure the requested dates. Final balance payment is due 60 days' prior to arrival to complete the reservation. All reservations made less than 60 days prior to the arrival period will be required to pay in full at time of reservation.

We had a wonderful stay in this bright, sunshine filled villa. The photos really do this property justice. As a family of 4 we had so much space. My children loved sitting at the open plan breakfast bar and watching me prepare food. I loved the wonderful views from the lounge and the comfy, reclining leather sofas. The beds are all really comfortable and the rooms are tastefully furnished. We actually chose this villa because it does not currently have a lanai pool cage and we loved the open views of the canal. The pool is a good size and was a lovely temperature. The property is situated in a convenient location within close proximity to a local Publix and Winn Dixie. Despite there not being beaches in the Cape Coral area we loved travelling across to Pine Island for evening sunsets. Sanibel and Captiva offer wonderful beaches for swimming and shelling. We had excellent service from Keely who manages this property. She was quick to respond to any questions and is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A truly wonderful stay in beautiful Florida

Stayed with my wife and 2 toddlers, and they all loved it. The house was very spacious, well maintained, and very clean. When we ran out of propane for the grill, they promptly came and replaced it the next morning. The pool and canal area was beautiful, and the kids loved splashing and playing in the pool. The neighborhood was quiet, and the neighbors friendly. I would definitely come here again!
