What a beautiful home in which to entertain my family and friends at different times during the month of March 2015. We all have wonderful memories of our visits in your lovely home with many amenities, especially the pool. We can't wait until March 2016 when we will be back again.
Second visit to the Cape in a property managed by Churchill. Excellent house with great features. Lanai was superb as we spent the majority of our time out there. Relaxing stay and very very quiet. We will return to the Cape again and thanks to Keely and Neil

The perfect getaway! Villa Valinda is an excellent property that is well maintained and is constantly being updated. The south facing pool and lanai is a great spot to watch the sun set. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to prepare a great meal. The management team of Keely and Neil from Churchill Properties are true professionals and are great to deal with from start to finish. We absolutely will be back !
Villa Valinda has been our favorite lovely rental home for the month of March for four years! It is beautifully furnished, spotless, and well-equipped with kitchen, dining, and poolside amenities. We love the location by the canal — it is quiet and yet close to shopping and a variety of dining opportunities. Furthermore, Neil and Keely attend to our few needs promptly and resourcefully. This is the perfect home to make family memories, of which we have many. We will be back in March 2019 to make many more. We can assure you that this glorious home will do the same for you.
An outstanding property in every respect. This a truly beautiful property. Everything - from the decor, to the appliances, the living room and bedroom furnishings, the bathrooms, and the pool are of the highest quality. The kitchen could not have been more fully equipped, and no detail has been overlooked throughout the entire home. In reading the guest book, we saw that there have been many return visitors, and it's easy to understand why. We have used Churchill Properties for previous rentals and will certainly do so again on our next SW Florida trip.
The house was everything AND more! When we arrived, the house was clean, ready and beautiful! The homeowners have done a great great job with all the finishing decor. The house also had everything we needed during our week stay. Keely and Neil did an excellent job when it came to any questions we had before and during our stay. Kudos to you all for making our stay fabulous!
