A HELPFUL REMINDER PRIOR TO GUEST CHECK OUT

  • ŸTo make dirty linen easy to identify for our cleaning crew, please place all dirty bed linen & towels in/or by the laundry room.
  • It would be most helpful, but not essential, if you could start the first linen wash to speed up guest turn around times.
  • Please place any dirty cutlery & crockery in the dish washer.
  • If you used the barbecue during your stay, please clean it thoroughly as a courtesy (not to mention hygienic) gesture for the next guest.  This includes cleaning the cooking grates, top and sides, plus the grease traps underneath the grates.  Failure to do so will result in an additional $50 cleaning charge which will be deducted from your security deposit.
  • If applicable.  Ensure garage door clicker &/or security gate clicker are left on the kitchen countertop.  Failure to do so will result in a $50.00 replacement charge per item.
  • To secure the home, ensure all doors and windows are closed & locked.
  • If Applicable.  Please place the front door key back in secure key box.  Loss of key & front lock box facia will result in a $50.00 replacement fee.
