Situated close to the ever popular Tarpon Point Marina in Cape Coral. From the custom built Kitchen to the sumptuous outdoor lounge living area, everything in this custom built home is luxurious and modern by design.
On stepping through the double-door entrance you will be greeted with the very popular Great Room layout where living, dining and the kitchen are combined to make one spacious main living area. Decorated in cool, modern beach-y tones, the quality of this home is instantly apparent.
The Kitchen has been finished with white wooden cabinets and designer granite worktops. Stainless steel appliances complete the Kitchen fit for the most demanding of gourmet cooks. There is also a separate den that has been furnished as an extra TV viewing area.
The Master suite is spacious and upscale in its' appointments. It comes furnished with a sumptuous King size bed, flat screen cable TV and sliding doors to the pool area. The adjacent Master Bathroom completes the Master area of the home. The Master Bath has a separate large walk in shower, sunken bathtub and designer his and her basin area.
The guest bedrooms and bathroom are located on the other side of the house in a split plan design so to provide the ultimate in privacy for all guests. The Queen Guest Bedroom has cable TV and sliding doors to the pool area. The Twin Bedroom also has cable TV. The Guest Bathroom has a large walk in shower with pool door to the deck area for added convenience.
On stepping out through the sliding glass doors, the pool/spa and deck area is oversized with plenty of space for lounging in the sunshine, alfresco dining or sitting quietly in the shade reading a good book! The lanai area is so large it also comes complete with its' own outdoor living area with cable TV so you can watch TV whilst enjoying the Florida sunshine. The home is also equipped with a large gas barbecue for outdoor dining and entertaining which is very much the focus of this wonderful home. Stepping out from the screened pool deck area, there is also a private dock available for guests' use if you wish to hire a boat and explore the wonders of the Gulf of Mexico. (Please note there is room to tie up along the dock area but the boat lift is not available for guests' use).
The City of Cape Coral is a Gulf Coast town in the sunshine famous for being on water. In fact almost every street is on water and Cape Coral has a larger amount of canals and waterways than the City of Venice in Italy. With water being such a focal part of the community, Cape Coral is a very popular choice with fishermen and boaters alike. The canals are teeming with fish such as snook and even the most novice of anglers should enjoy some success. With boating such a popular pastime boat rental is readily available so you can explore the many beautiful islands, restaurants and beaches only accessible from the water. Villa Solis is situated on one of the very best gulf access canals that Cape Coral is famous for and has quick direct access to the Gulf of Mexico in under 15 minutes.
If you can bear to leave this waterfront oasis and explore the surrounding areas, a short distance away are the famous beaches of Fort Myers Beach and the tropical barrier islands of Sanibel and Captiva. These barrier islands are particularly famous the world over for the fine shelling and Nature Reserve of Ding Darling. Also along the shoreline is the state park of Lover's Key, rated in the Top 10 Beaches in the US on the Travel Channel. Cape Coral has both tennis clubs and golf courses within easy reach of the villa. Nearby Fort Myers and Naples have earned the reputation of having some of the most sought after public and private golf courses in the world. The Cape Coral area is a shoppers' paradise from designer boutiques in Bell Tower to large department stores in Coconut Point Mall. Policies
Cancellation Policy
If the Guest wishes to cancel a reservation, he or she should advise the Agent immediately by email. All monies paid to the Agent at time of cancellation shall be retained by the Agent and are non refundable. In the event of Guest cancellation and all monies due have been paid to the Agent and Guest has zero balance due, the Agent shall retain all payments made and will refund the cleaning fee only. This term is also applicable in the event of failure to arrive or utilize the reserved dates by the Guest. Please Note: We strongly recommend that Guests take a travel insurance policy that covers cancellation and curtailment charges to ensure they are protected in such an event that they must cancel their reservation with the Agent.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 25% must accompany each reservation to secure the requested dates. Final balance payment is due 60 days' prior to arrival to complete the reservation. All reservations made less than 60 days prior to the arrival period will be required to pay in full at time of reservation.

The house was simply amazing! It was fully stocked with all you needed and not the typical "cheap" supplies. Any time we had a question or issue, Neil was quick to respond and very friendly. I would surely rent out this home again!

The place was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, appliances, cutlery and even some spices if you are planning to do cooking while you are there. We called with some questions and they were quickly answered. The pool hot tub were heated and warm enough even on some cooler windier days. Easy remote to turn on blowers, lights etc for the pool. Appliances were all in good condition. Plenty of towels for each bedroom and for the pool. They have alarms for doors out to the pool in case you have kids. These can be turned off. Lot's of space to spread out if multiple groups of people staying.

We loved our stay in Cape Coral . The house was as listed. The pool and hot tub were warm on our cooler days . The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pans . We caught fish off the dock and enjoyed the lanai . We had everything we needed with extras ! Would recommend this house .

We had the pleasure to stay in this wonderful villa. Check-In and -Out was very comfortable. Everything was as described, well equipped kitchen and clean! Quite neighborhood, perfect for families with younger children. Many, many restaurants just a few minutes away. The pool and jacuzzi, lanai surrounded by palms made the perfect holiday vibes. Many pool toys and everything you need to go to the beach. Neil and Keely had been always available if we had any questions or needs and were very accommodating and professional. We would come back!

Although we were somewhat hesitant to book a property with zero reviews, we decided to go for it and we were not disappointed!! This property was in a quiet neighborhood - close to grocery stores and a short drive to most everything we needed. The home was clean, beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space for our family of 6 to spread out. The outdoor living space was top notch and the perfect place to beat the summer heat. We had mentioned our son enjoyed fishing and we were pleasantly surprised to find poles waiting for him in the garage. We had everything we needed for our stay and we’re already looking forward to our return trip!
