On stepping through the entrance you will be greeted with the popular Great Room layout where living, dining and the kitchen are combined to make one spacious main living area. Decorated in cool, beachy tones, the quality of this home is instantly apparent. The Kitchen has been finished with white wooden cabinets and designer granite worktops. Stainless steel appliances complete the Kitchen fit for the most demanding of gourmet cooks. The Master suite is spacious and upscale in its' appointments. It comes furnished with a sumptuous King size bed, Smart TV and sliding doors to the pool area. The adjacent Master Bathroom completes the Master area of the home. The Master Bath has a bathtub/shower combo plus twin basins. The guest bedrooms and bathroom are located on the other side of the house in a split plan design so to provide the ultimate in privacy for all guests. Please note a vehicle is stored in the garage so there is not room for a second vehicle in the garage. Guests can walk through the garage to access the home but cannot park their vehicle in there as the stored vehicle is large.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
If the Guest wishes to cancel a reservation, he or she should advise the Agent immediately by email. All monies paid to the Agent at time of cancellation shall be retained by the Agent and are non refundable. In the event of Guest cancellation and all monies due have been paid to the Agent and Guest has zero balance due, the Agent shall retain all payments made and will refund the cleaning fee only. This term is also applicable in the event of failure to arrive or utilize the reserved dates by the Guest. Please Note: We strongly recommend that Guests take a travel insurance policy that covers cancellation and curtailment charges to ensure they are protected in such an event that they must cancel their reservation with the Agent.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 25% must accompany each reservation to secure the requested dates. Final balance payment is due 60 days' prior to arrival to complete the reservation. All reservations made less than 60 days prior to the arrival period will be required to pay in full at time of reservation.

My family enjoyed everything about our stay and this rental in Cape Coral. The home, furnishings, and pool were tremendous. It served all of our needs and then some. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. The property management were responsive and helpful with any questions. The neighborhood was very quiet and private but close to restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed this home. It was lovely, quite comfortable, and very inviting. The home is fully equipped for your needs, the rooms are spacious and cozy. The home furnishings and beds are comfortable and plentiful. The outdoor space is the best and our family spent many hours enjoying the pool and spa. The neighborhood is serene and close to stores and restaurants. Owner is very friendly and communication was great. Highly recommend. We will book again in the future 🙂
