Captains Bay South Fort Myers Beach Toggle favorite

We had a very good experience. We had a last minute reservation for this condo and it was well worth the trip. The condo had all the amenities we needed. They also had bikes and we used them almost everyday. We loved biking to where we wanted to go or just for a ride. The space in the condo was perfect for us. Plenty of room for seating in the living room and eating at the dining table or on the outdoor patio set on the balcony. We would definitely go back.

Our stay was wonderful! The unit was just as described. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was! Everything we needed and more was available! We truly enjoyed the bikes. It was an easy walk to the beach and we used both pools. Everyone was very friendly! I can’t say enough about how fabulous our stay was!!! Thank you! We would absolutely stay again

We spent 2 weeks in this beautiful Condo. The Condo was well equipped. We have had everything we needed. It was very clean. Also the property was very clean and the other residents very friendly. Quiet environment. We loved the lanai. Short walk to the beach. The communications was very nice and the check-in instructions were excellent. We would love to come back.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is beautifully furnished and lovingly decorated. The location is great, even the beach is just across the street. It is also very clean and there are enough towels and bed linens, as well as dishes and cooking utensils. The communication with the property managers was great and very nice. 100% top ? recommendation. Thank you very much, we would love to come back!

Perfection if you want a quiet and very comfortable vacation. The Property Managers are excellent to deal with and communicate promptly and effectively. The apartment has everything required. Located in a peaceful area of Fort Myers beach. We loved it.

We loved our stay at Neil's condo. The public beach was a 5 minute walk across the street. The condo was very clean and well equipped We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay because of the high quality beds, showers (and bath in one ensuite), kitchen facilities, laundry room, lanai, and living/dining room as well as the 86 degree F heated pool (5 foot 9 inches deep at one end and under 3 feet at the shallow end). We prepared every meal in the condo because it was so easy to do so. We had a rental and drove to local farmers markets, Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods to get fresh goods, including 5 pounds of shrimp from the pier near San Carlos Blvd (where Doc Ford’s is). Fabulous find!! Delish!! The Island Pines community is well established and also welcoming and caring of newcomers. Parking is steps away. Garbage and recycling are also convenient. Some of the buildings and landscaping were getting final work to recover from Hurricane Ian. The location is very good because across Estero Blvd is public access to the gorgeous white sand of Fort Myers beach - an unbelievably wide beach!!! Clearly this is a major benefit of this location where shelling and biking on the beach are popular past times. There is a group on Estero Blvd who rent out motorized small vehicles as well. Lots to do - by car too. We stayed for 5 weeks. Thank you so very much Keely and Neil!!!

Had everything needed! Great location

The apartment is a dream. Very nicely furnished and really everything there. Starting from umbrellas, beach towels, enough towels for the bathroom. Also the kitchen is so furnished that everything is available. Coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, baking trays, cookware, tupperware, refrigerator, microwave, separate laundry room ... for us nothing was missing. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living room with kitchen and balcony and is very spacious. The complex the apartment is located in is very well maintained and quiet. There are 2 swimming pools. To the beach it is only a few meters to go. The beach is large but in August absolutely not busy which was perfect for relaxing. Also the contact with Churchill and the whole booking, organization of arrival, payments etc. all ran very easy & friendly and without problems. We felt very comfortable here and would gladly come again.
