This unit is tastefully appointed throughout, offering a home from home experience. Majestic Palms has everything you would expect from a tropical living community including outdoor heated swimming pool and spa, ample sun decks with lounge chairs and cabana to shade you if you fancy a break from the glorious Florida sunshine. There is also a community BBQ area for guests' use so you can enjoy a little al fresco cooking if in the mood.
Please note reservations for this home must be made at least 25 days prior to arrival so to allow the community management company to process the rental application for applying guests. There may be separate fees payable directly to the community management company in order for this process to be completed.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
If the Guest wishes to cancel a reservation, he or she should advise the Agent immediately by email. All monies paid to the Agent at time of cancellation shall be retained by the Agent and are non refundable. In the event of Guest cancellation and all monies due have been paid to the Agent and Guest has zero balance due, the Agent shall retain all payments made and will refund the cleaning fee only. This term is also applicable in the event of failure to arrive or utilize the reserved dates by the Guest. Please Note: We strongly recommend that Guests take a travel insurance policy that covers cancellation and curtailment charges to ensure they are protected in such an event that they must cancel their reservation with the Agent.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 25% must accompany each reservation to secure the requested dates. Final balance payment is due 60 days' prior to arrival to complete the reservation. All reservations made less than 60 days prior to the arrival period will be required to pay in full at time of reservation.

"Majestic Palms"
We were pleased with the unit we stayed in. The neighbors were very friendly and the property was very clean and well kept. We felt it was in a good location to make trips to Sarasota and even Miami wouldn't take to long for a drive to either had a chance to visit more parts of Florida this way.
