Very spacious home and perfect for a large family. Loved the pool and backyard area, perfect upstairs games room and movie area. Overall great house for our party of 8 ranging in age from 20 to 58.

This home was perfect for our two families to share! We spent so much time outside and in the pool! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook most of our dinners in during the week, the laundry room and extra bathroom space were also a huge plus!

This place is absolutely gorgeous and we had beautiful weather for our trip. We spent a lot of time in the pool and just relaxing in the home. The property management is excellent and want to ensure a very happy vacation. This is our second trip here at this house- will definitely be back!

Highly recommend this lovely home! It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were extremely comfortable. Excellent communication with Neil. Great location to all stores and wonderful restaurants. We will definitely consider returning in the future.

This house was perfect for our family vacation! It was beautiful with plenty of space for our family of seven plus a baby. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area which included the heated pool and hot tub, large deck, tiki hut, and covered porch with plenty of seating and comfortable outdoor furniture. Communication with the Property Manager was great and he was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this house and Churchill to others for a nice Cape Coral stay.

What a villa! The property is stunning inside and out. A morning coffee by the canal was made even more special with the sighting of Dolphins on a few mornings. The villa is in a very upmarket residential area and it felt very safe. If you don't want to drive into town to eat, then an Uber costs about $10 each way. What a property!

I rarely write reviews, but this was a beautiful home in a beautiful location. We are former residents of Cape Coral and know the area well, so this was a perfect place for a vacation. The pool was sparkling and relaxing with beautiful views of sunrise and sunset with wide intersecting canal views. We fished off the dock almost every day. We didn’t catch much but the dock gave us plenty of space to maneuver around to different fishing spots and the tiki hut kept us dry when it rained. Primary bath was luxurious. Quality towels and linens in all the bedrooms and bathrooms. House was spotless! We would definitely return to this vacation rental! This was one of our best trips overall! This home is AMAZING! The views are spectacular - especially the sunsets and dolphins in the canal! There were lots of fun activities to do at the house and tons of beaches nearby. Their place is very clean - lots of beach towels, extra blankets & bath towels. Neil and Keely were always very kind and responsive! This place is top notch! I would highly recommend this stunning property!

Our family enjoyed our stay! We loved the pool and hot tub. There were pool floaties in the garage the kids were able to use. The kids enjoyed having the rec room upstairs to shoot pool against each other. The house was super clean and the beds and chairs/couch were so comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessities needed for cooking as far as cookware and tableware. There were a few spices in the cabinet and coffee and tea but otherwise everything else will need to be bought (which is fine, it’s just nice to know before you hit the grocery). It was so great to have the laundry room available to keep up in towels and bring home clean laundry. Neil and Keely were so quick to answer any of our questions. We would definitely stay again if we vacation in the area again!

Our 2 week holiday at this beautiful home was everything we had expected. The fishing off the dock was the highlight for the men. We rented a boat as well and were able to access the canal and sight see.

We decided to spend our Christmas away from Michigan and treat ourselves with a vacation, and this house did not disappoint! We ended up getting quite the cold spell (which according to the locals was rare) but we still spent every evening in the heated pool and hot tub. The pool table and the bikes were a hit as well. We got to see dolphins in the canal, as well as a burrowing owl right in our deck area. The house definitely made the trip & our family of 8 all agreed we would 100% stay there again. Would highly recommend!

The home was beautiful and the canal location was fantastic. Communication with the property manager prior to arrival was great and we did not have any issues during our stay that required any follow up. The pool area was really nice and we enjoyed fishing and playing pool in the loft area after long days at the beach! We would definitely recommend this home and look forward to booking again for future family vacations.

Great house!!! The property managers Neil and Keely were very attentive and made sure our stay was awesome!

Our family really enjoyed this property. It had everything we needed. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool with many pool toys available. The upstairs room with the pool table got a lot of use. Any issues we had were handled quickly by Keely and Neil. One of our grandchildren accidentally locked a bedroom door and Neil was there within an hour to unlock it (all of our usual methods to unlock a door did not work). We would definitely recommend this property.

Floor plan worked well for 4 couples, comfortable and well maintained. Outdoor area was a highlight: impressive views; Infinity pool just the right size; best jets in the spa; plenty of furniture; grill did not disappoint; enjoyed riding the bikes in the neighborhood. Fabulous winter getaway!
