The house was perfect for our family vacation. We are a family of 4, and my girls are teenagers/young adults, so the layout of the house was great! We enjoyed the pool and we were able to use it when the weather got cold. I would definitely book this house again!

We were now for the first time directly on the mangroves and completely in the furthest point west in SW Cape Coral. Rather spontaneously booked, as we could only make our travel plans at short notice. Neil responded very quickly. In general, communication was always quick and helpful. Thanks for that. The place was very good. We didn't miss anything and felt really comfortable. I would gladly come back and both the home and the care by Neil were great. This is how travel makes you happy!

This property was absolutely amazing! It was so private and relaxing — the perfect getaway. Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and clearly well thought out. The space felt warm, welcoming, and peaceful from the moment we arrived. It was also super easy to access, which made the whole experience even better. I’d recommend this place in a heartbeat and would definitely stay again!

This is the second time we have stayed at this house. We absolutely love how private it is and how peaceful it is. We love getting to see the wildlife that comes to the dock. The house is clean, the pool is beautiful and clean!

We had an absolutely perfect stay! The location is peaceful, private, and right on the water—exactly what we were hoping for. It felt like our own little hidden retreat. Everything we needed was provided, and the space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. We also had a great time fishing right from the property and caught several different kinds of fish, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Whether we were relaxing outside or just enjoying the quiet, it was the ideal getaway. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking to unplug and recharge.

The house and property is absolutely beautiful. Anything we had a question about the property management were quick to respond. We would gladly stay here or one of Churchill's other properties in the future.

Great place! Very calm and peaceful. House was in good shape with the pool deck being awesome for the evening sunsets. Hope to stay there again sometime soon.

This home is absolutely breathtaking!!! The property felt like our own private island – peaceful, secluded, and incredibly quiet and private. The views were absolutely stunning, the palm trees, the sunsets....it was truly picture-perfect! The entire environment was so calming and serene, making it the ultimate spot to relax and unwind. The home itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and stocked with every amenity you could think of. We felt soooo comfortable and relaxed! The host made sure everything was ready for us, and it truly felt like a slice of paradise. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and private getaway!

Great place to stay!

The house was very clean and stocked with all of the essentials. Neil was very attentive to my requests. The location was very private and extremely relaxing. We enjoyed our stay and will be back next year.

What an amazing place! First, stop by the house before you go to the store! So many spices, oils, coffee and more. I cooked every day and there was everything that I needed and more! Kitchen phenomenal! We only used the master bedroom, the bed was super comfy, we found ourselves oversleeping. It was nice that they had extra fans for air circulation and for us, white noise. The patio/pool area, we loved! We spent most of our 10 day trip out there! Watching the boats go by, the iguanas, birds and jumping fish was really cool. Bring binoculars! At night, the preserve around it comes alive! Sounds like a jungle, so cool from the safety of the caged patio. Bugs weren't too bad, just a little bug spray and neither of us got bit! We will rent this house again and again! Our 4th stay in Cape Coral and this is now our absolute favorite area!

Peaceful, Private & Perfect! Communication was wonderful. House was clean and the views were Outstanding! Fishing off the dock and watching movies on the lanai were our favorites! Local food was spectacular! Lobster Lady is a must. We Loved Our Stay!

Property was even more than we expected. Would revisit any time we are back in the Cape Coral area.

Great house and location -- very quiet - on the canal and mangroves all around. Road in front of the house was not busy at all. The house has more than enough amenities from beginning to end. Property manager was very attentive and responsive. Pool was awesome - only comment is that we couldn't seem to get the hot tub as warm as we wanted but a very small issue compared to everything else that was great. We would definitely go back again to this house - no question!
