Located on an interesection on the 200' wide Bimini Canal, this home and location is a waterfront dream with water on 2 sides of the home so providing stunning waterfront views from multiple angles inside and outside the home and from the pool deck.
On stepping through the entrance you will be greeted with the very popular Great Room layout where living, dining and the kitchen are combined to make one spacious main living area. Decorated in cool, modern beach-y tones, the quality of this home is instantly apparent. The sliding doors and windows at the rear of the home provide spectacular waterfront views everywhere you look and flood the home with natural light. The Kitchen has been finished with white cabinets and designer worktops. Stainless steel appliances including wall oven + microwave + separate cooktop complete the Kitchen fit for the most demanding of gourmet cooks.
The Master suite is spacious and upscale in its' appointments. It comes furnished with a sumptuous King size bed, smart TV for internet TV and views of the canal. The adjacent Master Bathroom completes the Master area of the home. The Master Bath has a separate large walk in shower and his and her basin area + access door to the pool deck for added convenience.
The guest bedrooms and bathroom are located on the other side of the house in a split plan design so to provide the ultimate in privacy for all guests. The King Guest Bedroom has smart internet TV + sliding doors to the pool deck. The Queen Guest Bedroom also has smart internet TV. The Guest Bathroom has a single basin + bath tub/shower combo.
On stepping out through the sliding glass doors, the pool/spa and deck area is oversized and spans the entire width of the home with plenty of space for lounging in the sunshine, alfresco dining or sitting quietly in the shade reading a good book! The wide canal offers spectacular views and boat traffic watching from the pool deck. The home is also equipped with a large gas barbecue for outdoor dining and entertaining which is very much the focus of this wonderful home. Stepping out from the screened pool deck area, there is also a private dock available for guests' use if you wish to hire a boat and explore the wonders of the Gulf of Mexico. (Please note there is room to tie up along the dock area but there is no boat lift available for guests' use).

Policies
Cancellation Policy
If the Guest wishes to cancel a reservation, he or she should advise the Agent immediately by email. All monies paid to the Agent at time of cancellation shall be retained by the Agent and are non refundable. In the event of Guest cancellation and all monies due have been paid to the Agent and Guest has zero balance due, the Agent shall retain all payments made and will refund the cleaning fee only. This term is also applicable in the event of failure to arrive or utilize the reserved dates by the Guest. Please Note: We strongly recommend that Guests take a travel insurance policy that covers cancellation and curtailment charges to ensure they are protected in such an event that they must cancel their reservation with the Agent.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 25% must accompany each reservation to secure the requested dates. Final balance payment is due 60 days' prior to arrival to complete the reservation. All reservations made less than 60 days prior to the arrival period will be required to pay in full at time of reservation.

The home is beautiful and comfortable and the location is great right on the larger canal. It was like a boat parade every day. We loved it. The property managers were very quick to respond and resolve a couple of minor requests we had once we arrived. Would recommend!

Don't hesitate to book this house. Working with Neil was smooth. Access to the house was easy peasy. The house itself was beautiful and spacious. The outside area, pool, hottub and views of the water were beautiful and relaxing. Easy ride to Fort Myers beach and outstanding restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Hope to come back sometime. My husband, our friends, and I stayed at this property for an adult only trip. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac in a nice neighborhood. The house is on the corner of the canal so you get great water views from multiple angles and it’s only what I call a block and a half from the open water, so we got to see dolphins several times during our stay!! We were even greeted by them within minutes of checking in!! Such a great way to start our vacation! Check in was super easy and Neil was a pleasure to work with. We did have to reach out to him on a few occasions about getting the hot tub going, but he was quick to respond and fix the issue each time. Please note, only one room has curtains, so if you are sensitive to light waking you up, bring a sleeping mask. Otherwise, the property was great! It had all the amenities we needed and you can’t beat that location, especially if you are like me and love seeing dolphins!!

The house was immaculate! The kitchen island was something to dream for and the views were amazing! House was very clean and the added details of the beach towels, pool / beach accessories were nice. Tons of seating and space ! The property managers were very responsive. 10/10! If we come back to the area we will for sure stay here again.

Wonderful stay in beautiful home. New furniture throughout the home. Very quiet neighborhood. Lots of boats to watch going in and out of the canal. Got to see dolfins swim right by the dock on two separate occasions. Highly recommended.
