On stepping through the entrance you will be greeted with the spacious Great Room combining Living, Kitchen and 6 seater Dining area with views over the pool and screened outdoor Living area. The Kitchen is open plan with views over the Family Room and the pool deck area. Breakfast seating can be taken at the breakfast bar or at the Dining area overlooking the pool area.
The Family Room is a cozy sunken living area. Sumptuously furnished with a sectional sofa + swivel armchairs, the room also features a large Smart TV plus high speed Wifi access. The Family Room also overlooks the large open plan Kitchen and Dining area, thus providing a very open and bright living and eating space for all the guests.
The Master suite is a calm retreat at the end of the day. Very comfortably furnished with a King size bed and Smart TV. The adjacent Master Bathroom completes the feeling of your very own private sanctuary. Continuing the upscale appointments, the Master Bath has a separate large walk in shower and his and her basins.
The home is split plan in design which offers the utmost privacy for all guests. The Master Bedroom is on one side of the home and the 2 further Guest Bedrooms + Guest Bathroom are located on the opposite side of the home. Both Guest Bedrooms are furnished with a Queen Bed and have Smart TV's for entertainment.
On stepping out through the sliding glass doors, the south facing pool and deck area is oversized with plenty of space and privacy for soaking up the sunshine, alfresco dining or sitting quietly in the shade reading a good book! There is an Outdoor Living area for comfortable lounging in your private oasis plus an outdoor dining area for 4 persons.
Steps from the screened pool area lead to your own private oversized dock area with additional seating. The home is also equipped with a gas barbecue for outdoor dining and entertaining. Policies
Cancellation Policy
If the Guest wishes to cancel a reservation, he or she should advise the Agent immediately by email. All monies paid to the Agent at time of cancellation shall be retained by the Agent and are non refundable. In the event of Guest cancellation and all monies due have been paid to the Agent and Guest has zero balance due, the Agent shall retain all payments made and will refund the cleaning fee only. This term is also applicable in the event of failure to arrive or utilize the reserved dates by the Guest. Please Note: We strongly recommend that Guests take a travel insurance policy that covers cancellation and curtailment charges to ensure they are protected in such an event that they must cancel their reservation with the Agent.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 25% must accompany each reservation to secure the requested dates. Final balance payment is due 60 days' prior to arrival to complete the reservation. All reservations made less than 60 days prior to the arrival period will be required to pay in full at time of reservation.

This was our first trip SWFL and we couldn’t have had a better time. This house had everything we needed from the pool to the great kitchen, to the number of tv’s so everyone could watch their shows!! Very clean and the furniture was super comfortable!!! We had a lovely week at Cape Cordelia. It was a great central hub for several day trips to area beaches (Marco, Sanibel, and Venice) that were all about 1-1.5 hrs away depending on traffic. We also greatly enjoyed the three days that we spent hanging around the house- our boys loved the pool and we all appreciated the ample amount of outdoor living space. We had everything we needed and more. Thanks so much for a great week!

We enjoyed the home. It was very clean, organized, and well equipped including kitchen items. The pool was very enjoyable, clean, and well heated. The property manager was very responsive when a couple issues came up (smoke detector malfunctioned during the night and was replaced, dishwasher went out and was replaced with a new unit one week later). We would not hesitate to rent the home again in the future. It was a quiet and nice neighborhood.
