Amazing rental and the perfect place to spend Christmas! Getting away from Michigan was exactly what we needed-the weather was fantastic, and the fishing was absolutely awesome. The place was comfortable, well-located, and felt like a true getaway. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would 100% come back again!

Absolutely gorgeous home. I would stay here anytime I return to the area. Extremely spacious with gorgeous architecture and design. Has everything you could desire or need. Neil was highly responsive and kind. All around 5/5 stars. You won’t be disappointed!

Loved the house! Very spacious and had a very well equipped kitchen! Loved the pool and hot tub along with the dock! Was a great neighborhood to take a walk every day! Highly Recommend ❤️❤️

I believe we have found a new favorite place in Cape Coral. We have stayed at several different places in Cape Coral and this one made it to the top of the list. Very clean and comfortable. We spent a lot of time in the pool and really enjoyed some downtime. We will definitely visit this one again. Neil was great!

Everything we wanted for our family vacation of 5. It was so spacious and clean and relaxing. It’s a very beautiful, quiet, and private neighborhood - rarely even saw neighbors lol - I did see an alligator in the canal, as well as tons of other wildlife. We took trips to the beach on certain days, and enjoyed the pool and amenities. The nearest beach is 30-40 minutes out. We expected and planned for this, so was no concern to us, but keep this in mind if you’re wanting to be closer to the beach 🙂 it was nice to take breaks from the beach/hustle and bustle, but still be able to enjoy swimming and feel like we’re on vacation while at the home. 100% recommend 🙂

Our family really enjoyed staying here! We would 100% book again. The property manager, Neil, was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions I had! We really enjoyed everything and made so many amazing memories! Property was just as we expected! Very clean, looked just like the pictures! House is amazing, the outside pool area is where we spent most of our time. Pool is so relaxing overlooking the dock and the Tiki hut on the dock was our coffee and drinks hangout with great views.

We just spent the month of March at Villa Evara. Had a great time in Cape Coral. The house was everything we expected. The highlight being the Tiki Hut on the dock. We could watch the manatees swim by! The property managers' Neil and Keely were great to deal with. Would definitely rent again in the future.

This was our second stay at this house. Just like the first time we really enjoyed our stay. The area is a great location and has lots of amenities. The home is very peaceful, clean and modern.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home's location. The outdoor space was very inviting, the house was decorated very nicely and the location was convenient yet quiet. We enjoyed our stay so much that we bought a house in the neighborhood while we were there! I would highly recommend this home!

The house is well equipped, lovingly decorated and very clean. Neil provided us with all the important information in time. We enjoyed our stay and left with a heavy heart. We would rent this home again at any time.

We had a great stay here. Everything was as described. The home was close to everything we wanted to do and see. We had a wonderful time.

Myself, my husband and my in-laws stayed and it was a 1000/10 far exceeded my expectations! Had everything that we needed from top to bottom. I felt right at home and the land, house and views were stunning. We swam every day, watched sunrises, sunsets and took walks around the neighborhood. Its quiet, quaint and safe. Neil was super responsive when I had questions. When I come back, we will def rent from him again! Publix, liquor store, walgreens and other chains a couple minutes by car. There is a cute bar in the shopping center or if you drive 10 minutes there is a really amazing bar called Blue Dog. Not too far from there is a bar called Yucatan Bar & Grill which is a chain but awesome. We took a trip to Fort Myers Beach which was around 40 min drive. If you are a sunset junky and do not mind driving take a trip to a bar/restaurant called Doc's Beach House on Bonita Beach. It's a Chicago themed bar with amazing pizza and environment. The sunsets are killer, but it is a hour drive. Thank you Neil!!!

This property was perfect for our family of four. It was beautiful inside and out, the pool was amazing, we had everything we could’ve asked for.

We stayed for just over a week. There is plenty of space (and TV’s!!). The outdoor area with the pool and spa were beautiful and overlooked a canal which at night had a fishing light so we could see all the fish swimming around. We spent a lot of time relaxing but also drove to Sanibel and another local beach. The house had everything we needed to cook when we didn’t visit some of the local restaurants. Neil gave us a recommendation for a good Seafood restaurant. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay here. We said it was our favorite rental we’ve ever had. It was clean, so comfortable and beautifully decorated to make us feel luxurious but also right at home. Can’t wait to come back! Our week went too fast!!!! Neil was an excellent communicator and very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed every moment making great memories here.

Great experience! Beautiful home lots of privacy in the pool area. We needed propane for the gas BBQ and it was delivered immediately!

Great floor plan and nice view! Lots of room inside and out by the pool. The pool table was lots of fun. Loved the electric fireplace and lights surrounding it. Neil was a fabulous host, always friendly and responsive.
