The home comes with an outdoor dining set for 6 persons plus additional seating at the outdoor living room, rattan rocking chair and the Smart TV, pool side, for outdoor entertainment. On stepping down to the private dock, you will find the Tiki Hut with seating for 4 persons plus additional seating on the dock area to enjoy the waterfront views Cape Coral is world famous for.
In keeping with the outdoor living focus of this home, the property has a heated in-pool spa and freeform pool as a wonderful backdrop to your stay. We do not charge extra for spa heat which is included in our rates.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
If the Guest wishes to cancel a reservation, he or she should advise the Agent immediately by email. All monies paid to the Agent at time of cancellation shall be retained by the Agent and are non refundable. In the event of Guest cancellation and all monies due have been paid to the Agent and Guest has zero balance due, the Agent shall retain all payments made and will refund the cleaning fee only. This term is also applicable in the event of failure to arrive or utilize the reserved dates by the Guest. Please Note: We strongly recommend that Guests take a travel insurance policy that covers cancellation and curtailment charges to ensure they are protected in such an event that they must cancel their reservation with the Agent.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 25% must accompany each reservation to secure the requested dates. Final balance payment is due 60 days' prior to arrival to complete the reservation. All reservations made less than 60 days prior to the arrival period will be required to pay in full at time of reservation.

"Villa Evara"
We stayed for just over a week. There is plenty of space (and TV’s!!). The outdoor area with the pool and spa were beautiful and overlooked a canal which at night had a fishing light so we could see all the fish swimming around. We spent a lot of time relaxing but also drove to Sanibel and another local beach. The house had everything we needed to cook when we didn’t visit some of the local restaurants. Neil gave us a recommendation for a good Seafood restaurant. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

If you love spending time in Cape Coral this is the place! Gorgeous home with everything you will need for a very comfortable stay. Check in was simple and quick. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures. Pool area is fabulous and we absolutely loved having the dock on the water. House is located in a beautiful well kept neighborhood that is just far enough away from the traffic but still close enough to everything you will need during your stay. We have stayed in other homes in both Cape Coral and Marco Island and this one is by far the best! Thanks to Neil & Keely for a most enjoyable trip!

Great floor plan and nice view! Lots of room inside and out by the pool. The pool table was lots of fun. Loved the electric fireplace and lights surrounding it. Neil was a fabulous host, always friendly and responsive.
