On stepping through the home's entrance you will be greeted with the very popular Great Room layout where living, dining and the kitchen are combined to make one spacious main living area. The Living area is furnished with comfortable leather sofas, Smart TV, desk and chair for remote working plus views over the pretty pool area. The Kitchen is spacious and has everything a guest would need. The Master suite is spacious and upscale in its' appointments. It comes furnished with a sumptuous King size bed, Smart TV and sliding doors to the pool area. The adjacent Master Bathroom completes the Master area of the home. The Master Bath has a separate walk in shower and his and her basin area.
The guest bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the other side of the house in a split plan design so to provide the ultimate in privacy for all guests. Guest Bedroom #1 features a King Size Bed with Smart TV + ensuite bathroom with pool access. This layout provides the added bonus of being an ideal choice for 2 couples to share. Guest Bedroom #2 has Twin Beds + Smart TV. The third Guest Bathroom is adjacent to the Guest Bedrooms and has a Bath Tub/Shower combo plus basin and toilet.
On stepping out through the sliding glass doors, the very private pool/spa deck area is over-sized with plenty of space for lounging in the sunshine, alfresco dining or sitting quietly at the Outdoor Living Area, reading a good book! Policies
Cancellation Policy
If the Guest wishes to cancel a reservation, he or she should advise the Agent immediately by email. All monies paid to the Agent at time of cancellation shall be retained by the Agent and are non refundable. In the event of Guest cancellation and all monies due have been paid to the Agent and Guest has zero balance due, the Agent shall retain all payments made and will refund the cleaning fee only. This term is also applicable in the event of failure to arrive or utilize the reserved dates by the Guest. Please Note: We strongly recommend that Guests take a travel insurance policy that covers cancellation and curtailment charges to ensure they are protected in such an event that they must cancel their reservation with the Agent.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 25% must accompany each reservation to secure the requested dates. Final balance payment is due 60 days' prior to arrival to complete the reservation. All reservations made less than 60 days prior to the arrival period will be required to pay in full at time of reservation.

"Villa Helios"
We enjoyed our relaxing stay at Villa Helios in Cape Coral FL. Newly remodeled, very clean and peaceful. Huge pool and hot tub. Sunsets looking down the canal waters were great. Centrally located between both Sanibel and Ft Myers beaches required only a short drive to play in the ocean. We will definitely return!
