This home is oversized at over 2,500 square feet and features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Designer decorated in French Country style. Special touches include large open kitchen with wet bar area, large private pool with separate Hot Tub, Outdoor Living area, large private dock with Tiki seating, large Outdoor Kitchen with Bar + cable TV on the outdoor lanai deck so you can watch TV whilst enjoying the Florida sunshine!
On stepping through the double-door entrance you will be greeted with the Great Room where Living, Kitchen and Breakfast Nook area form one huge space. Sliding doors provide views to the pool deck with multiple outdoor seating areas and the fabulous outdoor Kitchen and Bar area.
The Kitchen is extremely spacious with granite worktops and glass mosaic back splash. Stainless steel appliances complete the Kitchen fit for the most demanding of gourmet cooks. The Kitchen also has its own Wet Bar area for extra counter space + separate Beverage Refrigerator when entertaining family and friends. Dinner seating can be taken at the Breakfast Nook overlooking the pool area or at Kitchen Bar area.
The Master suite is a calm retreat at the end of the day. Very comfortably furnished with a sumptuous King bed, fine linen and large cable TV. The adjacent huge Master Bathroom completes the feeling of your very own private sanctuary. Continuing the upscale appointments, the Master Bath has a separate large walk in shower, roman bathtub and his and her basins.
There are 2 further bedrooms on the other side of the home in what is known as a Split Plan bedroom design. This floor plan allows privacy for all guests. Each Guest Bedroom is furnished with a Queen Bed. Each Guest Bedroom also has its' own private bathroom.
On stepping out through the sliding glass doors, the privately screened pool and deck area is oversized with plenty of space and privacy for lounging in the sunshine, alfresco dining or sitting quietly in the shade reading a good book! The pool deck also features a large Outdoor Kitchen with gas grill + bar seating for guests to sit and enjoy the theatre of cooking outdoors. There is also a Smart TV located in the bar area for outdoor entertainment. Adding to the luxury of this outdoor space, there is a very comfortable Living Area located on the lanai plus dining seating and additional teak armchair seating. Steps from the pool deck lead down to the private dock with Tiki Hut with additional seating. A perfect place to end another day in paradise with a cool drink as the sun sets on beautiful Cape Coral!

Policies
Cancellation Policy
If the Guest wishes to cancel a reservation, he or she should advise the Agent immediately by email. All monies paid to the Agent at time of cancellation shall be retained by the Agent and are non refundable. In the event of Guest cancellation and all monies due have been paid to the Agent and Guest has zero balance due, the Agent shall retain all payments made and will refund the cleaning fee only. This term is also applicable in the event of failure to arrive or utilize the reserved dates by the Guest. Please Note: We strongly recommend that Guests take a travel insurance policy that covers cancellation and curtailment charges to ensure they are protected in such an event that they must cancel their reservation with the Agent.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 25% must accompany each reservation to secure the requested dates. Final balance payment is due 60 days' prior to arrival to complete the reservation. All reservations made less than 60 days prior to the arrival period will be required to pay in full at time of reservation.

Highly recommend this property! Our family really enjoyed it. Beautiful location, the house was immaculate and close to the grocery store! Fantastic restaurant and ice cream shop within walking distance. Neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. A great spot for those with kids as well. We would most definitely go back!

This house is stunning with a beautiful view! Most importantly Neil and Keely were very accommodating and friendly!The beds were very comfortable, and they have nice clean bathrooms. The master bathroom is Amazing!! The lanai was a great place to relax and play board/card games. Really the outside was perfect! The dart board was a nice surprise! We would love to visit this home again!

We have been to lots of Airbnbs and this one tops them all!!! By far! The house is gorgeous and decorated beautifully! It is well worth the money! If you like to have a pool, a hot tub, a bar and more then this is the place for you! Neil was spectacular to deal with ! He helped me before the trip and during the trip and was a real gem. I do appreciate someone like Neil who went out of his way to help us! The house is close to a grocery store amongst other things! You will be so happy if you book with this property! I promise!!! So much to do and even better… staying home and enjoying the house!

A really very nice villa that immediately gave an 'arrival feeling' and the whole family, 2 adults and two children immediately at home with beautiful details of the direction, amenities and decorative accessories. The architecture is very pleasant; the large living room, the separate bedroom areas for children ( 2 bedrooms, bathroom ensuite ) and adult/ master bedroom (king size bed, dressing and huge master bathroom, extra toilet, oversize shower and bath tub) and the really large kitchen, separate mixed drinks bar and the extra laundry room. A pleasure to live this size! The outdoor area, the pool terrace with outdoor kitchen/ gas grill, the lounge area and the hot tub and last but not least the always clean swimming pool offer an opportunity to relax stylishly everywhere. The Tiki invites you to watch the dolphins, sometimes manatees and flying fish (mullet) due to its great location on the private dock for morning coffee or sundowner drink.
