Villa Mermaid Cove is the perfect home for serious boaters. Located just minutes from Burnt Store Boat Ramp, this home is an ideal choice for guests wishing to bring their own boat and do some serious boating in Pine Island Sound and explore the local barrier islands.
On stepping through the entrance you will be greeted with the spacious Living Room with views over the pool area. This area has been furnished with a comfortable sectional leather sofa + has a smart TV with Roku access. This room then leads into the open plan Kitchen and Family Room. The Family Room is furnished with 2 sofas + Recliner so plenty of room for everyone to gather. The Family Room also features a large Smart TV with cable from Centurylink plus high speed Wifi access. The Family Room also overlooks the private dock/canal and pool area thus providing a very open and bright living space for all guests.
The Kitchen is open plan in design and has all appliances plus handy small appliances such as crock pot, blender, toaster oven. The Kitchen features a Breakfast Nook overlooking the pool area + Breakfast Bar dining area. For additional living space, there is also a small den/work from home area situated off the Kitchen.
The Master suite is a calm retreat at the end of the day. Very comfortably furnished with a King size bed, sliding doors to the pool area + Smart TV with Roku. The adjacent Master Bathroom completes the feeling of your very own private sanctuary. Continuing the upscale appointments, the Master Bath has a separate large walk in shower, large Jetted Roman Bathtub and his and her basins.
The home is split plan in design which offers the utmost privacy for all guests. The Master Bedroom is on one side of the home and the 3 further Guest Bedrooms + Guest Bathroom are located on the opposite side of the home. Two Guest Bedrooms are furnished with a Queen Bed and have Smart TV's with Roku for entertainment. The fourth Guest Bedroom is furnished with 2 Twin Beds + Smart TV with Roku.
On stepping out through the sliding glass doors, the West facing pool and deck area is oversized with plenty of space and privacy for soaking up the sunshine, alfresco dining or sitting quietly in the shade reading a good book! There are 2 Outdoor Rocking Chairs for comfortable lounging in your private oasis plus an outdoor dining area for 6 persons.
Steps from the screened pool area lead to your own private oversized dock area with additional seating. A perfect spot to watch the sun go down on the incredible intersection canal view. The home is also equipped with a gas barbecue for outdoor dining and entertaining. The entire surrounding outdoor areas of Villa Mermaid Cove have been lavishly landscaped to add privacy and provide the feeling of a luxurious retreat in the Florida sunshine.
Please note there is a car stored in the garage. Guests have access to the garage to walk through but will not be able to park in the garage as there is not enough space for 2 vehicles. There is plenty of parking available on the driveway for up to 4 vehicles.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
If the Guest wishes to cancel a reservation, he or she should advise the Agent immediately by email. All monies paid to the Agent at time of cancellation shall be retained by the Agent and are non refundable. In the event of Guest cancellation and all monies due have been paid to the Agent and Guest has zero balance due, the Agent shall retain all payments made and will refund the cleaning fee only. This term is also applicable in the event of failure to arrive or utilize the reserved dates by the Guest. Please Note: We strongly recommend that Guests take a travel insurance policy that covers cancellation and curtailment charges to ensure they are protected in such an event that they must cancel their reservation with the Agent.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 25% must accompany each reservation to secure the requested dates. Final balance payment is due 60 days' prior to arrival to complete the reservation. All reservations made less than 60 days prior to the arrival period will be required to pay in full at time of reservation.

We had a great time it was in a great location very clean pool was heated we had everything we needed. Also we arrived after dark and it was so nice he had the lights on in the house. Great stay would stay again.
