Perfect house with everything you need. Management company very easy to deal with. Everything was exactly the way pictures showed...we would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay! It was a beautiful home with so much to do. We had a blast fishing! The spa and pool were very relaxing.

Your search for a beautiful, well-appointed, and immaculate vacation home is over: Villa Solis exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone combing through dozens of listings for home rentals. Before booking, we whittled a list of 24 potential rentals in Cape Coral down to three. We were looking for a modern and well-maintained home on the water with a private pool (with a cage), open floor plan, airy decor, and a reasonable weekly rate; ultimately, this home ticked all of our boxes and our stay was amazing. We floated around the pool for hours, made yummy breakfasts and lunches (and Pina Coladas!) in the pristine kitchen, slept soundly on the plush king bed, and enjoyed local restaurants and activities. We had delicious meals at Stone's Throw, Front Porch Social, and Gather, snuggled baby goats on a farm in North Ft. Myers, visited Sanibel to hunt for shells--we left our shell rake in the garage for you!--and just relaxed! Don't hesitate to book this home; Neil is a gem.

We really enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral for the week! This home is beautifully decorated, clean and was close to everything we needed! The lanai with the pool and hot tub were so wonderful and enjoyed by us all! Neil was great and was very responsive when we had questions! This was truly the best home we have stayed at!

We had the pleasure to stay at this beautiful villa! Check-in and Check-out out was very easy. Nice quiet neighborhood, great for families with younger children or just a nice quiet getaway. The house was spotless. Everything you needed and much more was available at your fingertips. Kitchen was well-equipped. The pool and lanai are the highlight! Many pool toys and everything you need to go to the beach. The doors to the pool and lanai have alarms in case you have small children with you, for safety. The alarms can be turned off. If I could give more stars for this review, it would be 10 Stars!!! Neil was excellent and very responsive when we had a question. We would definitely recommend and hope to come back again one day.

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay thanks to a variety of factors: The house was almost spotless and perfectly cleaned, the decor and layout worked wonderfully for all of us to feel right at home. Waking up to the sun shining through and seeing the canal each morning out our back sliding glass door started the day on a positive note. We spent hours each day either swimming, enjoying a meal going for a walk or just relaxing in the lounge chairs. We all felt like we were on a luxury vacation while staying at the property. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a worry-free experience filled with beauty and relaxation!

The house was simply amazing! It was fully stocked with all you needed and not the typical "cheap" supplies. Any time we had a question or issue, Neil was quick to respond and very friendly. I would surely rent out this home again!

The place was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, appliances, cutlery and even some spices if you are planning to do cooking while you are there. We called with some questions and they were quickly answered. The pool hot tub were heated and warm enough even on some cooler windier days. Easy remote to turn on blowers, lights etc for the pool. Appliances were all in good condition. Plenty of towels for each bedroom and for the pool. They have alarms for doors out to the pool in case you have kids. These can be turned off. Lot's of space to spread out if multiple groups of people staying.

We loved our stay in Cape Coral . The house was as listed. The pool and hot tub were warm on our cooler days . The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pans . We caught fish off the dock and enjoyed the lanai . We had everything we needed with extras ! Would recommend this house .

We were extremely pleased with the property and the property managers were great to work with. The home was very well maintained and the pool and lanai area exceeded our expectations.

We had the pleasure to stay in this wonderful villa. Check-In and -Out was very comfortable. Everything was as described, well equipped kitchen and clean! Quite neighborhood, perfect for families with younger children. Many, many restaurants just a few minutes away. The pool and jacuzzi, lanai surrounded by palms made the perfect holiday vibes. Many pool toys and everything you need to go to the beach. Neil and Keely had been always available if we had any questions or needs and were very accommodating and professional. We would come back!

Although we were somewhat hesitant to book a property with zero reviews, we decided to go for it and we were not disappointed!! This property was in a quiet neighborhood - close to grocery stores and a short drive to most everything we needed. The home was clean, beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space for our family of 6 to spread out. The outdoor living space was top notch and the perfect place to beat the summer heat. We had mentioned our son enjoyed fishing and we were pleasantly surprised to find poles waiting for him in the garage. We had everything we needed for our stay and we’re already looking forward to our return trip!
