On stepping through the home's entrance you will be greeted with the very popular Great Room layout where living, dining and the kitchen are combined to make one spacious main living area. Decorated in cool, modern beach-y tones, the quality of this home is instantly apparent. The Living area is furnished with comfortable sofas, Smart cable TV, desk and chair for remote working plus views over the pretty pool area. The Kitchen has been finished with white custom wooden cabinets and designer marble countertops. Stainless steel appliances complete the Kitchen fit for the most demanding of gourmet cooks. The Master suite is spacious and upscale in its' appointments. It comes furnished with a sumptuous King size bed, Smart TV and sliding doors to the pool area. The guest bedrooms and bathroom are located on the other side of the house in a split plan design so to provide the ultimate in privacy for all guests. Both Guest Bedrooms feature a King Size Bed + Smart TV for streaming so this home is an ideal choice for 3 couples to share. The Guest Bathroom is adjacent to the Guest Bedrooms and has a Bath Tub/Shower combo plus basin and toilet. There is also a door to the pool area from this bathroom for extra convenience when out on the deck.
On stepping out through the sliding glass doors, the south facing pool/spa deck area is over-sized with plenty of space for lounging in the sunshine, alfresco dining or sitting quietly at the Outdoor Living Area, reading a good book! The home is also equipped with a large gas barbecue. Stepping out from the screened pool deck area, there is a private dock area. A great place to engage in a bit of fishing in the canal just like the locals do.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
If the Guest wishes to cancel a reservation, he or she should advise the Agent immediately by email. All monies paid to the Agent at time of cancellation shall be retained by the Agent and are non refundable. In the event of Guest cancellation and all monies due have been paid to the Agent and Guest has zero balance due, the Agent shall retain all payments made and will refund the cleaning fee only. This term is also applicable in the event of failure to arrive or utilize the reserved dates by the Guest. Please Note: We strongly recommend that Guests take a travel insurance policy that covers cancellation and curtailment charges to ensure they are protected in such an event that they must cancel their reservation with the Agent.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 25% must accompany each reservation to secure the requested dates. Final balance payment is due 60 days' prior to arrival to complete the reservation. All reservations made less than 60 days prior to the arrival period will be required to pay in full at time of reservation.

Very comfortable home to stay in during a business trip with my family. We enjoyed it and the house made things very comfortable. It was great having enough room for everybody to relax, and the kitchen was very well stocked and set up which made us feel right at home.
